Yes. Individual accounts are free to join, with no card required. Institutional licences are quoted separately, with a free three-month pilot for qualifying institutions.
A basic grounding in linear algebra helps with the challenges. The learning modules are designed to start from zero, with no linear algebra assumed going in.
The challenges are scored circuits you write and run on a statevector simulator, open now. The learning modules teach the material behind them in short steps, one line at a time, and are coming next with a waitlist you can join today.
The challenges and the circuit sandbox run in the browser, and a laptop is the better fit for writing circuits. The learning modules are being built for the phone, one line at a time.
